The innovative part of the recipe is obviously the insect flour, which makes them more sustainable and special also from a nutritional point of view, excellent for breakfast or for tea-time, as a delicious snack at any time of the day.

Ingredients
Classic: Corn flour, sugar, butter, eggs, dried Tenebrio Molitor larvae (yellow mealworm) powder 6%, salt, ammonium carbonate (E503 (ii)), vanilla extract, natural lemon juice.
Cocoa: Corn flour, sugar, butter, eggs, cocoa, dried Tenebrio Molitor larvae (yellow mealworm) powder 5%, salt, ammonium carbonate (E503 (ii)), vanilla extract, natural lemon juice.
