We are proud to announce that we’ve signed a partnership with Cà Foscari University of Venice for a research on the topic “marketing study for the psychological evaluation of the actions of subjects compared to what is declared on the packaging of a edible insect powder-based product“.
In everything concerning experimental research, 3 methodologies will be used: questionnaires, in-depth interviews and semi-structured interviews. Alongside this methodology, the IAT test and the recognition of emotions through facereader and specific software will be used to access the subjects’ unconscious contents.
The aim of the project is to propose a sustainable Mediterranean diet that will have to combine our culture of food, their goodness, the aesthetic beauty of the representation and sustainability.
Collaboration with universities is essential for growing the edible insects sector through continuous research, both by developing new products and new methodologies and by investigating consumers predisposition and reactions.
